Heres why its dry.

During the gulf we attacked alot of water depots to starve of water to military bases and some civilian sectors that we knew miltary was stationed in. It was also devised that during the cold war cuting of water supplies to nuclear powerplants would force them to shut down the reactor. Disabaling but not Destroying electricity.
That was then. Theres no reason to hit water depots and pumping stations now since there is no real enemy base of opperations.
Our military is still sticking with the gulf war plan of attack.
Ask your self. How would you like to drink the same water you just used to defacte? Good movie.

I've done my time in the military.
All of you youngsters who think war is some glorified thing where you can be a hero and its all fun and games. No. Try being in a firing line and watching some of your best friends, comrades and your once thought invincible comanders getteing hit by an RPG round and having them splattered in your face, in your eyes in mouth. Returning to base with wearing your fellow officers and enlisted friends. Then having HQ ask you... "how many of those bastards you get?" You want truth watch this flash. Exellent work!

The graphics were superb, However the noticable pause in the loops was annoying. Might want to to tweak that next time.
